"Incredibly inconsiderate and unhelpful. It has taken me weeks to get someone on the phone to let me know the status of my account, and when I finally get someone on the phone, I’m told to make another visit with documents I already submitted. They have made a painful time considerably more painful with what I hesitate to call “customer service”. I am so glad I opened a new account with SouthState bank, they have been the opposite of my experience with Truist and I recommend you go there, too!"

"No one picks up the phone. Management team rude and not helpful. Voicemail always state no one is available. Rude & Unprofessional branch manager DuboseManagement team incompetent. Victoria Dubose and David. Always on their cell phones, not response to customers, multiple instances of no being knowledgeable on products."

"Opened an account, week later they closed it without an explanation and refused to release the funds. Felt extremely discriminated for my race. I would not recommend this bank. They bankers who discriminated me are Victoria Dibose and David Diesen they both clearly did not want to help. I escalated the matter to corporate."

"I called to ask if they have notary, a lady asked what kind of document I need to notarized. I told her I needed to notarize my signature on a paper written in foreign language. She said they would not notarize a documents if they do not know what is written in it. But I needed only to notarize my signature in her presence, that is all. But she hung up on me. So rude! I now can see, why the rating of this branch is very low. Here us another 1 star review for your incompetence."

"I have been a customer for over 4 years. This crew has always been receptive to my personal and business banking needs. They have gone through different managers over the years, but that is expected in a corporation. Nonetheless, everyone there is friendly and truly does their best to give great customer service."
