"I would never recommend working with Steve. I was led to him by my realtor who insisted Steve was great. Steve immediately passed me off to a totally different mortgage agent who he insisted would take care of me. I should have known that this was a red flag. I trusted Steve. The second agent lied to me. He insisted that I put down only 10% on my mortgage. I was concerned that I would be forced to pay PMI on my bill each month, but the agent insisted. He told me that after i closed, i could immediate recast the mortgage, pay 20% down, and have PMI removed. He was wrong.
