"We had to come here since a member of the group has a gluten allergy. However, we arrived to be told they no longer had the gluten free bun. This was very disappointing. The employee was nice and explained the cooperate situation. Then, the sandwich was prepared in a bowl with any bread. It still tasted good according to the individual but this was disappointing since the gluten bread was on the menu but unavailable. Restaurant was clean."

"Was traveling through, and I like the firehouse but was a big disappointment. Both sandwiches were mad wrong. I will not stop eating at the one in my area but this one needs to learn what actually goes on the Italian and the new York steamer. Had I not taken it to go so I could get back on the road I would definitely have taken it back."

"I haven’t seen a single smile on any employee and not even acknowledge that I am standing at the register. I literally had to ask if she was ready to take an order because all I got was a blank stare. Employees complaining about things out in the open. Seems like the most unhappy place on earth."

"Food was fine, nothing super special, not the best firehouse subs sandwich i have had. Employees were not super friendly but did their job well and were kind. The facility was not super clean, the bathroom was kind of gross and one man was holding the cheese for my sandwhich while assisting the man taking my order- he used the same gloved hand to hold the cheese and touch the screen. I saw a man in the back cutting meat with only one glove on, then left the meat there to run to the bathroom and went back to his job. I got a build your own sub with turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Overpriced for a sub and even more overpriced to add on chips and a drink"

"It was okay. The girl taking our order was too busy arguing with the manager over cleaning styles and whatnot. I asked twice about putting my number in for my points and she said put it in, but the screen was never set by her to do that. I had to email corporate to get my points."
