"GreenSky sponsored by Goldman Sachs is a sham. If you engage with them do NOT use their internal payment systems. We engaged with this company through a local window provider due to what appeared to be favorable terms. The issues began almost immediately after we had to start paying them. We attempted to use their internal ACH payment system. We carefully added our routing and account numbers both my spouse and I verified the information was correct. Low and behold we make our first payment, everything seemed to be fine. We received our next statement and we paid, again through their internal system the payment which was the normal payment amount. Then out of nowhere we received our third statement and the payment jumped up to over double. I called and they blamed us stating our bank refused the payment. We called Wells Fargo and busted this sham company in their first of several blatant lies. Wells Fargo had no record of them even sending thee payment ACH their way. We took immediate efforts to AGAIN enter the information correctly, and again we added the correct account and routing numbers and made the next payment and this is when the communication just stopped from them. We continued to pay until we received our January statement and that statement jumped from a normal payment amount to now they say they're missing ALL the payments since the account opened. We call and file a complaint so we can things reconciled, and just a few days later the company jumped into bully mode and reported us as a late pay to experian. It is noteworthy that we had perfect credit until this false late pay happened, no late payments EVER. We then filed a second complaint, and because it was becoming quite clear we were dealing with corporate drone liars we filed our first ever complaint with the CPFB (The feds). We then took decisive action with our own bank's bill pay system to over pay everything up to date. Today we received a call from one of their corporate drone liars who called himself a manager. He was, as predicted, continued to make everything our fault, taking ZERO responsibility for what is clearly the company's payment systems issue. They have refused to work with us or to be understanding in anyway shape or form. They lie, they obfuscate, and they take ZERO responsibility for any of their own internal issues. Luckily we have been financially blessed and I followed through on my promise to just pay this account off costing GreenSky thousands and thousands of dollars in interest payments. If you are considering crawling into business bed with this bunch of jokers be very aware of this complaint. Do yourself a favor and steer very clear of their internal payment systems and just use your own bill pay or write them a paper check (actually don't do that they will probably lose that or mess it up somehow then blame it on you). You have been duly warned."
