"Sadly, this is my local branch, I recently went to the airport location and the tellers were super kind, fast, and knowledgeable. This location looks much better but is hit or miss. Most of the tellers are impatient and not too kind, which is somewhat understandable but the bigger issue is they are slow and not too knowledgeable. I only stop by a branch when I HAVE to. Now that I have something to compare it to, I feel like they definitely have some work to do."
"Closing my account, the customer service is rude ,rude , rude. They’re rude from the North,South,East and West. Very cold hearted towards their customers , I’m good with this credit union /bank I NEVER experienced a bank where my transactions are constantly block and I always have to call or email that’s very frustrating. Two transactions all together $15 and they block my card. I’m good !! I wouldn’t refer anyone here I’m big on professionalism and when it comes to business I don’t see it any other way."
