"The place was clean the service was good my frys were hot but my 1/4 pounder was warm at best. Being a Ex employee from a few decades ago I expected better. Drive through line had a few cars in it lobby was empty. I ordered a quarter pound meal with no onions"
"I went thru drive thru. Place my order not ordering as I should but miss Clark took my order . She gave me what I had ordered. . It was wrong. But my fault, I called her while I parked and she brought my order out to my car. Miss Clark is an asset to this Mcdonalds . A very responsible person whom takes the extra step for customer service."
"The employee who finally brought out our food after about 10 minutes (ridiculous) was very pleasant, if seemingly very rushed. However, since adding the digital kiosks, McDonald's seems to have entered a new era of not caring about their walk in customers in the least. Overall, this is just a bad vibe. I have no problem with the kiosks, but being made to feel like my very presence inside isn't wanted makes me wonder why robots aren't already doing ALL the work at McDonald's."
"The restroom here was the worst smelling thing I have ever experienced and I have worked at a wastewater treatment plant. I do not trust ordering food from a place that does not keep its facilities clean. The owner needs to take some action. This was not a stench that developed over a few day."
"I usually don't have anything to say about fast food chains. You know what to expect when coming to one for the most part but this place was an exception. Men's bathroom was completely unacceptable, food came out room temp -warm at best. I just didn't have the time to go back and ask for a refund. I had to get driving. The lady that took my order was nice and the service was reasonably fast but that's it. Maybe understaffed. I don't know."
