Always have an attitude, like I am inconveniencing them for calling them back. Eryel hung up on me because I was yelling. No Eryel, I am driving with the window down and said it several times. This branch needs to be reevaluated."

"I had such a stress free experience getting my loan. The process was done all online/through the phone. I do work during the day but the rep worked around my lunch breaks to call for any additional documents I needed to upload and complete the closing."

"2nd worst decision I ever made. The lack of communication from this establishment is appalling. 2 weeks no update, ran my credit 4 times in one month made me jump through hoops to get a loan and still didn't approve the loan after they said I had been approved. A month later still no updates phone calls or emails informing me the status of my loan. I just so happen to log on the portal to see a message saying they are unable to approve my loan. Which is confusing because they said I was approved. I applied for this loan in the beginning of June!!! Don't waste your time I feel this company is really useless. In actuality this company is not the best idea for people who are building credit"
