"I wanted to take the time out to give PRAISES to mrs Diana Keller!!!! after going through a literal nightmare over the phone for weeks she was able to help me and solve my problem in 5 min with little to no effort!! All it required was someone who was willing and thank god their are still people who come to work and actually want to help people!! Most people only do reviews when they are upset which I also did on the other location!! So I wanted to also acknowledge how great Diana was to me!! This are the type of people that keep people coming back! These are the kind of people that are great brand representations because of what they represent to the customers patronizing the brand!! I want to also add that I called Diana less than 5 min before closing and she still fixed my issue before 5pm!! I mean kudos to Diana! if I ever decide to establish a relationship with regions again I would personally fly from California just to open my account with her!!"

"My sister passed away and as an executor to her estate. In my possession were funds left behind from her bank in the form of a check. While others were unsure on what to do. Mrs. Chandler Sexton advised her peers in knowing exactly what to do. Dealing with a death is tuff on a person already. Thank you once more Mrs. Chandler!"

"My mother recently passed away and I went into this Regions to close the account - stack of legal documents in hand and heart already aching because of the reason I have to go. The Financial Consultant was very rude and dismissive about my situation stating I needed another form to close it. I called the corporate office to find out their protocol and even their corporate office said that "Normally, that's all you need.... however, all branches are allowed to use their own discretion" when it comes to what to ask. Essentially what she's asking for is an extra unnecessary document. And from the additional comments below, they must be dealing with the same person because even the corporate person said "just try another branch.""

"The worst customer service from some of the employees. There is a few who dont have attitudes but only a few. They put a hold on my daughter's check she received from working another job then tried to tell her they couldnt remove it. Completely change of tone when they realized my daughter was on speaker and I was listening. I asked questions my daughter didnt know to ask ( her first account) and the women on other end stubbled over her answers after giving my daughter the run around all day. The one in Cartersville is 100% better. We have 2 business accounts with this branch and Im looking to remove both."
