"Clean, fresh, and a perfect location. I’ve been staying here for 15 years. Never a disappointing stay. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend a night spent here. Good for the body, mind, and soul. You could spend a year in this location and never see all that’s within an hour’s radius of here. Gotta love wild, wonderful West Virginia. Just gorgeous, and the people are friendly and welcoming. You’ll be glad you came here for a stay. Small business at its best."

"I absolutely love this motel! The owners and staff were amazing and super nice! Mully the cat became our best friend. The room was extremely clean and spacious and the rate was reasonable. Although my only quam was more a personal preference, we prefer a softer bed these mattresses were very firm. Not bad mattresses just not what we are used to. Will definitely stay again. I loved sitting outside watching the sunset with the cow neighbors across the street."

"Positively the most clean room and hotel I've ever stayed in~absolutely no bad smells, no dust in hidden crannies, newly painted and veritable stacks of very large, soft and fluffy white towels and washcloths. The room was decorated in excellent taste, the amenities were new, the linens were of high quality, pillows were perfect, the pool was incredible~clean, with a great depth, plenty of space for laying out or under a pergola, well appointed and private to the max. The views were gorgeous, the staff genuinely friendly, cheerful and helpful. I can't say I've ever stayed at any hotel wherein I've enjoyed the experience more than this one. Truly."
