"Was out of two varieties I wanted, so I just got a dozen glazed donuts. It also took a bit to get my order taken. Only two other walk-ins before me. But to be fair, the drive-thru was busy. The donuts were good (and fresh and hot), though."

"I am currently up here now and the lady with the green braids just got smart with me and a previous customer who left about a previous order. I asked for napkins on behalf of my mother in the truck and she seemed as if she has a bad night. I take it upon myself she’s not 100% happy with this job because it’s ways to help people. She made a comment to that young lady I am not just gonna give you these people stuff when the young lady didn’t ask for anything she was more so concerned about a paper with her name and number on it to help identify what she wanted. After she left she kept talking about this young lady I hope she calls the higher ups on her I also managed to take a picture so hopefully this young lady will see it and everyone who was there can also help report this lady because frankly you don’t come to a popular business and bring attitude or your problems to work. She’s not a friendly worker. Be mindful you never know who’s a mystery shopper!!!!"

"I had placed an order on Tuesday and was told to come back to pick up my order because the cook wasn’t in. So the girl at the time had wrote my number down and name and date for me to return. So I return the same day 2 hours later I was told by a lady name Angel That they still didn’t have any donuts up to come back and she help. I return today and the lady said I need to see a Receipt like I still had it I told her who I talked to and prior to that the phone don’t work she really don’t know how to talk to people and gonna tell me unless you gonna wait for angel I am like ok I sure will cause who needs to lie but getting smart and callin me baby ain’t gonna cut it I am not the one to get smart with over something I witness and who I talked to it was a way to handle that and how she was talking so unprofessional.! After the holiday I will be calling The corporate office because you don’t get smart in a place full of people. & that’s just that !!! They need a new team who has Great customer service skills!!!!!"
