"The lady at the front desk that answers the phone, should be more friendly and helpful.There was an issue with my dog’s prescription that needed to be refilled. I called 6 times between them and the company that fills the prescription. I made the mistake of asking for her to reach out to the company to fix the problem, I was told SHE DIDNT HAVE TIME! How freaking rude. I finally got the issue solved from the company that filled the prescription. They even said they would follow up with calling the Vet office. I received my prescription in about 5 days. I really like the Veterinarian, but the lady out front needs to be fired, there was no care given to my dog and she was the one in the end that was effected, and had to go without her medicine."
