"I went through the drive thru, ordered soup and sandwich. Only to find the end of a finger of a plastic glove. I felt sick. Don’t think I can go back."

"Took my mom here last night at 6:20 we placed our food and drink order. I asked if we could have our cups for our drinks and she said we would have to order drinks it doesn’t come with the meal! We did but she heard what she wanted to hear. I go around the corner to get us some tea and there is not any so I go the front and ask for Tea, she takes our cups and then tells me that they have already poured the tea out for the night. Then she says she’s not sure why they did that. When we get ready to leave the trash bins are already pulled out too with no bags. It’s only 6:20 why start pulling out and pouring stuff out and you don’t close till 8?!"

"I usually like to go to this place. I think it’s unique and I like the different flavors and options they have for food. However, I don’t think I would get a salad from them again. The first time I got a salad, it was really good but some of the lettuce leaves were wilting. Well, this is the second time I got a salad and I asked the girl if they could make sure they check if the lettuce is wilting and spoiling to make sure I don’t receive it again like before. The girl at the drive thru said yes. So, after I got back to work from my break to eat the salad, I still saw wilting lettuce. This time a lot more than the first time I got a salad from them. Probably half of my salad was gone because it wasn’t checked as the girl said it would. I’m disappointed. I don’t think I would get a salad from them again. Everything else, yes. Salad no. Other than that, it’s a great establishment and I enjoy eating there."

"The drive through window needs it's own personnel. I waited 15 minutes after getting my drink because they were waiting on people at tables inside. Hire more people so that the window doesn't have to wait so long. Food was good, but croissant was hard, and the girl at the window was wonderful. I just felt bad for her because she was slammed."

"First time ever going to Chicken Salad Chick in Albany Georgia. Was greeted by a worker that was cleaning off some tables. My cashier was Trinity. She was so sweet and patient with me. I told her it was my first time ever in the store. I gave her my husband's order. Then she gave me a few samples. They were all great. I will definitely be back. I do wish they had to go menus but she said they didn't have any just to take pictures of the menu is what they tell their customers"
