"Just got off the phone with the older man and he was extremely rude. I simply asked if they offer free installation. Forget that! He made it very clear he doesn't work for free.. He could've just said, sorry, we don't offer that. Instead he was a total jerk. Stick with Lowe's."

"They don't clean up after themselves or tell someone there is a mess. Glue was everywhere. On the soap dispensers, glue footprints on the recently waxed floor which will have to be redone, on pushbars of doors, just everywhere. Carpet remnants and scraps were strung all over the floor when they were finished. And they had no qualms about making a mess in the bathroom either. The work is meh. You'd be better off doing it yourself. If you need carpet installed by professionals, I would definitely not use these guys and find someone else."

"We are replacing the carpet in our living room and have been shopping around for the right price. We came across this place and the service was amazing. They are also very well priced for good carpet. They do FREE measurements and the price they gave us included them getting rid of our old carpet. All which was way cheaper than the other places we priced carpet. They are also very fast. We got an appointment for measurements the next day and out install within the week. I highly recommend."
