"Disappointed. Bought 5 yards of topsoil delivered. They brought 5 yards of clay and loam. Total of over 5 gallon bucket of rocks picked out. 1/3 of load hard large lumps of pure clay. The rest is clay based loam, also lumpy. If you have Home Depot delivered their 40 lbs bag, the cost would be the same. But HomeDepot gives you high quality black screened topsoil with no lumps! I sent him a message and he did not respond."
