"Been doing business with this company for about a year paid on time and haven't had any issues. I was going to use my remaining balance to make a payment but their credit/charge debit system wasn't working over the weekend so couldn't pull out and make a payment, called and let them know monday and they told me to come in and I asked if I can wait till next week because I get paid bi-weekly and she told me no because its late. Not happy they wouldn't work with me and later went in and since I was a couple days late they wouldn't let me use the remaining balance. In conclusion not only did I try to resolve this issue several ways and kept them in the loop they were not willing to work with me and threatened to take my vehicle just for a few days late. They are LOAN SHARKS ready to BITE anyone who doesn't pay on time after racking up the full balance after months of paying on time and doesn't deserve business from the local Cleveland community if they are not willing to work with you. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!"
