"The store closes at 9:00pm. It is 7:30 on a Friday night and the crew was mopping the floor and told us that they only had 2 half loaves of bread (I think that is what he said because he was yelling it to us as he was mopping) and pretty much said they were closed when we asked if he was closed. Frustrating when the shop is supposed to be open and that was the plan for dinner. Wasted trip."

"I was rushed. Having two people asking me what I want on multiple sandwiches was confusing and irritating. They only had enough green peppers prepped for one sandwich. It's usually a lot better than this. Do better."

"I palced order all vegie sandwich but a black guy looks like in hurryyy........may be he is new at job. He needs to understand how to handle customers if u guys busy. He starring at me and my wife just like we offering free sandwich. I paced order worth of $30. He needs to change his attitude. But his co-employee she is very cool. And she makes everytime best thing. I will give her 5⭐️. I request to all SUBWAY superiors please give proper training to all new employees how to deal with customers. "They said they were closed at 7:45pm. Their website was updated a week ago to say 9pm. They turned us away and said they weren't open even though they were serving someone right in front of us. The woman worker even appeared to be putting fresh ingredients out."
