"They care nothing about the history you have with them! They will also try to put medical insurance roadside assistance, and other insurance into your loan. This will put your monthly payment much higher. They will also try to sneak it past you. All they care about is getting their commissions from you. Once you have perfect history with them they will try to screw you over if you want more money. They tried to turn my unsecured loan into a secured loan with a much higher interest rate. When I mentioned my perfect payment history with them, the lady said they could care less about that! Also their app sucks!"
