"I have banked with this institution for 40 years. I had a fraudulent transaction occur with Facebook marketplace. There was a term used chargeback instead of fraud and they refused to consider the charge. After it was denied I explained and asked to reconsider to no avail. It was only $200 but now it’s the principal of the claim. Everyone I spoke to with the exception of the Soddy Daisy branch was rude, refused to listen or even work with me to reopen the claim. I am closing all of my accounts because I’m tired of the poor customer service usually Philippines OMG AND the inability to do the right thing"

"Do not bank with Truist! I was a SunTrust client for years and loved it. As soon as Truist took over, everything fell apart. Absurd fees, red tape and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs!"

"I just called 5 Truist locations in Chattanooga when I found out what I was needing would not be possible at this Cherokee Blvd. branch today. Not a single other branch would answer the phone (I called 5 other branches). Jordan at this branch answered on the first ring, and then answered again the second time I called for assistance finding someone. He offered to call around the other branches to see if he could get what we needed taken care of for my account. Very helpful employee - kudos to you Jordan - excellent customer service. Otherwise, Truist is not impressing me with customer service since the switch from Suntrust."
