"The lady who answer my called was rude, racist I have ever meant! My baby got discharged from DICU and I got recommended to this place and the lady said they could not accept Medicaid, I was ok. That’s fine I’m going to be self pay and she told me to find another place. This is very upsetting because even the hospital sent all the paper work for her to attend as soon as possible. I been told the lady and was like well just find somewhere else and hand up!"

"I've been bringing my 2 boys (4 and almost 3) here since they were born. Never had any complaints. Today, we had my 4yo's well check, and he was very difficult when it came to the finger prick and shots. However, the nurse we had (didn't catch his name, but he had dark curly-ish hair, glasses, and forearm tattoos) was awesome with him. Love this office and staff, and their new place is really cute too."

"My children have been going to Just Us Kids for 4 years. The staff at my children’s past pediatrician left a lot to be desired. My children and myself have always been welcomed and we have been pleased with all of experiences. The front staff is warm and welcoming. It feels like they are happy to see us and not like we are bothering them like at my past pediatrician. We have had great experiences with all of the clinical staff as well. I absolutely love this office and it’s staff!!"

"Wow! What a disaster. I am here posting about an experience I witness while taking my grandchild to the doctor. The front desk staff especially the blonde with the glasses were extremely rude to a mom and her toddler. The mom left in tears and there was no attempt to remedy the situation by the staff. They were even rolling their eyes and whispering as if they were enjoying this poor lady’s pain. I can’t imagine how I would have felt if that would have been one of my daughters. I will be recommending my daughter find another pediatrician to treat our grand baby. No one should ever go to a doctors office with a sick child and be treated that way."

"We love Just Us Kids. The staff is warm, friendly, and very informative whenever I have a question about billing or balances. The Providers take time to listen to my concerns and put my kids at ease. It feels very much like a family environment and not just a doctors office. I love the diversity and different personalities of the staff and how each of them figures out how to adjust to my individual kids and their needs. It’s unusual to see a male nurse at a pediatricians office and we love that! My oldest struggles with anxiety at dentist and doctors visits but they’re always so patient with her."
