"Onpath online is horrible. I was contacted by the fraud department about fraudulent behavior. They were good about that part but when I told them that it wasn’t me that made the charge online they still let it go through. Then I get transferred from department to department to try to dispute it and get my money back. Not to mention I have to wait 10 days to get my debit card that Hass to be resent to me because my other one had to be shredded. Why is the victim responsible for doing so much work? If you knew it was fraud, why would you let the transaction go through? Why am I inconvenienced? You guys suck. I’m thinking about switching banks."
