"I have used Wells Fargo for close to 20 years. Absolutely hate them now. They lost Billions for the financial advisers when they were gonna force investment account under $250k to be taken care of by call centers. This a really big NO for me. I moved my investment accounts. This past week I wanted to get a certified check. I wanted to pay cash but they made me put it my checking account and then get a check made up. Terrible terrible stupid decisions by corporate. I’m looking for a bank to move everything to. Don’t use this bank until they get rid of the stupid people at corporate"

She was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. She made us feel right at home even helped me pick on my "Canadian" boyfriend. "I have banked with Wells Fargo for quite a while now. I went into this branch to take out $10000. I was told that they did not have any hundreds and they could not make this amount in twenties either. The dalton and Fort Oglethorpe locations were completely unhelpful as you have to have an appointment to walk in and neither will answer the phone. Only good thing about this branch is at least they answered the phone. As soon as I can change my direct deposits I will be closing my accounts with Wells fargo."
