Drive to branch and sit there while the rep stays on hold trying to make the same request. Nothing accomplished. He will get back with me on emailing document. 7 days later, left multiple voicemails with no return call. still waiting on documents. I wish we had a Chase bank close. Their customer service is amazing. Closing my accounts asap. Complete joke."
