"Thought my experience with this company would have been as great as the many 5-star reviews shared here…it wasn’t. I completed an application around 9AM and was told I would receive a call back. I never received a call back during that whole day. It wasn’t an issue because I know things happen and a business is being ran but I called back the next day and got no answer. I was expecting a call back and never received one. Any update on my application would’ve been necessary whether I was approved or not…communication matters!"
