"We went through the drive thru and not only did we verbally correct the order 3 times, they still gave us the incorrect order although the receipt had the correct orders listed. Then, I noticed the pricing on the drive thru menu is less expensive than what we were actually charged. We ordered two #1 meals, two #11 meals, and one #10 meal, all mediums with cokes to drink. Nothing complicated. We sat waiting for nearly 15 minutes for them to correct our food order. This was the worst customer service experience… but at least the food tasted decent, even though the spicy chicken sandwiches were not at all spicy."

"I'll NEVER Stop at this freaking restaurant again!!!!! A truck driver can't get two sandwiches when this place opens. I waited twenty minutes for it to open and then waited ten minutes to get in to get the food then I left with nothing. People act like truckers have time to waist. There's no COVID restrictions for restaurants, why are the doors locked? She knew I was there, the employee that was walking in when i was there told me to wait by the door and the lady inside would let me in, it never happened. I've been there before when the doors were locked but was able to get sandwiches. They lost a paying customer today and from this point in. The manager will probably get on here saying sorry, etc. It means nothing!!!"

"I worked at a Hardee's when I was a teenager and loved it. When I saw this location open on Christmas, I was so excited to introduce my husband to Hardee's and to be able to stop somewhere other than a gas station on our road trip. The place was clean and well staffed, even though it was a holiday. The ladies working were all festive and friendly. The food was good and made by someone that took pride in their job and not just thrown together because they had to work. In today's world, I know it is hard to get people to show up for work and provide a good customer experience. This team not only showed up on Christmas, they provided holiday cheer, a warm smile and great food."

"The double cheeseburger I ordered was fresh and hot and my order was made correctly I asked for plain with cheese and ketchup. I received my order quickly and the cashiers were friendly. My drink was nice and cold. I plan to return to this location because the customer service was exceptional!!!"

"I placed and received my order through the drive through because at the door they said the lobby was closed. They neglected to toast the bread on my Frisco burger and when I pulled back around she said they had shut everything down already and I was mistaken about the bread not being toasted. The meat was also under heated but overcooked looking, I do not know how this is possible. I will call corporate in the morning as I've read another review which states local management has not been helpful in the past."
