"Whoever the on call Dr is for this week, has proven not to care for patients. When your regular pharmacy are out of meds you've taken for over 40 yrs & you find a pharmacy that has them but you need them resent. That is definitely a sorry Dr. I understand things happen, but for a 3 day period, not only, is it unprofessional, but it's unacceptable! I'll change to a better group of Dr's. Word of mouth gets around rather fast. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HARBIN CLINIC!! Decades ago, Harbin was a great business, but fast forward, it's no longer the Harbin Clinic it once were. No excuse!!"

"Worst neurologist office I’ve ever seen. Parks and Dr. Hard Did not listen to my concerns when my migraines kept getting out of control. I had asked if I possibly had another disorder like intercranial hypertension. Because one of my ophthalmologist said it was very possible that I had it because of my eye exam. They told me it was impossible because I was not Blind. They would not refer me to see the proper physician or entertain the idea. Soon I started losing my vision. My headaches were getting worse. I took all my records for the past 10 years to a new neurologist and a Neuro-ophthalmologist. I was diagnosed in one visit with Intercranial hypertension. I’m now on the proper medication. If I would’ve listen to them I could’ve lost my vision and went blind permanently. This is the most terrible Experience I’ve ever had."

They spend the appropriate amount of time talking with me and documenting my condition and any changes. I also use the harbin clinic optical shop and can’t recommend them enough. Barry is an expert and amazing at helping choose the right frame for your prescription and your face/overall style. Going to the doctor is usually far from enjoyable but I look forward to visiting the optical shop!"
