"9.29.23 at 1:00. I stopped here because it had been years since I had been to a Hardee’s, so I thought I’d try it. I, along with several others, waited so long I considered walking out…after I had already paid.I only ordered 1 cheeseburger, fries, and a drink, which I refilled while waiting, meaning I drank an entire drink while waiting for a fast goo burger and fries….no special order. The bun was stale, the burger luke warm and the fries cold. I heard “fries up” minutes before my order was given to me, but those were obviously not mine. I’ve worked in the fast food world and I’m pretty sure my order was forgotten, at least I hope so. It really wasn’t busy…there was no one ordering after my order? I watched one person working while others walked around behind the counter. No one spoke to the several customers standing and waiting. No “we’ll be right with you”, etc. My order was to go, and of course it was given to me as a dine in. I’m just a consumer that eats out all the time and expects average customer service, but appreciates communication."

"My family and I were traveling through and stopped at the motel right next to this Hardee's, so we had to check it out the next morning for breakfast. This location is very cute, nestled into a beautiful area and the staff was extremely friendly. Of course, the sausage egg and cheese biscuits were just as I remembered them, delicious af. If we pass through here again I would definitely stop in to enjoy the service and great food."
