"We went through the drive thru. The lady on the intercom was very nice and soft spoken. She got our order put in as we ordered. She also took out payment. The lady at the pick up window was very nice too. She made sure we had napkins, straws and our sauces. The line moved fairly quickly. Our order was correct. A good stop when you're traveling on i75 and need a bite!!"

"September 11th @ 11:18pm Apparently deluxe means 6 pickles now or something. I only ordered this as a meal and an extra thing of fries and 1 of the fries tasted so stale but they were hot? Like they just refried them or something and the sandwich is super dry, and the service was nonexistent, not even a hello just, what do you want. Worst McDonald's experience ever came by September 11th around 11:18 fyi would give zero stars but can't January 1st @10:00pm Just also found a piece of plastic in my sandwich, and the sprite I got was so out of syrup it was literally carbonated water, mcdonalds better hit me up I'm so mad with them right now"

"No customer service at the counter, placed & payed order at Kiosk. Cold large Fries, asked them for Hot fries, replaced with Hot Large Fries but with half of quantity in it. Apple Pie was so Cold and hard that I spit it out. They were lucky I had already left when I tried the Pie. Sticker on Pie Box says, Enjoy by 2:04 PM, my order was made at 3:26 PM, basically to old to be sold, but employees or management evidently don't do their job. Photos included. Horrible service, bad attitude, with a touch of not caring at all about Customer Satisfaction."

"Dirty. Food never came. Tried to get staff help but she was on her phone. When we got food, apple pies were 2 hours out of date. Napkin dispensers broken. Frap machine not working. Both sinks out of order in restroom!! Very poor."

"Terrible experience. Employees were cussing and chit chatting with a lobby of waiting customers. Not very friendly. Ordered via app. No one inside was customer service friendly - no one spoke. Dining room was dirty. Both men’s and women’s restrooms were stinky and disgusting. The drink station area was nasty. Work area was dirty. Just yuck. Wouldn’t return. We were just traveling thru."
