"Called yesterday @ 12:34 pm spoke with Cindy left message wanting map of our septic system for MCBH. Called again @ 2:46 left message on voicemail. Called this morning @ 9:15 am on 9/7 and again Cindy asked same question she did not remember, then stated only been there 2 weeks ( significant of ????) then requested manager spoke to owner Tim and explained and he had no idea would check and call and stated I did not want the fat guy or skinny kid. Guess who calls fat guy Will, so I called back Tim and he pushed it to the county. Just bought the company and gratefully the previous girls in office left, wish them the best of luck, excellent choice. 9/18/2023 What a surprise!!! Received a refund check for half the contract when the contract only started on May 3, 2023 till September 5, 2023 is this 6 months???? Wow wow current and future customers read this review carefully!! This company does not properly service your septic when they do not have septic layout and cannot locate the inspection box. Here is a picture of Credit Memo sent with false notes. Last serviced the septic on 2/13/2023 and was due in August 2023 and no one showed. Customer BEWARE."
