"Everyone that works for Grainger is extremely nice!! It must be a requirement to work there or something. Lol. But no joke. They are so very nice and have helped me my water pump issues several times now. If the person that is taking care of you at the time can't help you out, then they will find someone who can. They do not let you off the phone or leave out of their store without being satisfied with the service and having helped with any issue you may have had. This place is great!!"
