"My sons were seen on 11/27 and tested for strep. One was positive and the other negative. Due to close contact and same symptoms, they were both treated with amoxicillin. I did think it was weird at the appointment that no one listened to either of their lungs. By 11/29, my oldest was better, while my youngest kept getting worse. On 11/30, my husband took the youngest back. Again, no one listened to his lungs, no new tests were ran, and we got a “wait it out and see” response. As the day went on, he seemed worse. I took him to the ER and they said he does NOT have strep, nor any signs of strep. He has croup. I’m not sure of the reasoning behind the nurse and/or doctor not doing full vitals, but it’s really bothered me that he went back for a second visit in office and we were just shrugged off. If he would’ve been properly examined, he might be better by now. Instead, he’s completely lost his voice, can’t breathe 100% correctly, and has a terrible cough. I’m very disappointed in the office this go around."
"I used to love this office but now their new policies have made it not such a great place to go. My son is 17.5- he will be 18 in March. I'm suffering from kidney stones and have been throwing up all morning. They have seen him by himself in the past but they refused to see him by himself today. The people in the back are amazing, but the girls in the front have serious attitude issues and don't care about their customers. No matter how good the people in the back are if your front line people aren't nice it kinda runs the experience. Again the nurses and Dr's in the back are amazing."
"I grew up going to this office and I now take my children. Great doctors and staff. They fit me right in when I have a sick child. Doctors take their time when explaining things to me and seek to make sure that understand. Wait times have most definitely improved."
"Great staff! Practically no wait time!! Dr. Hale is VERY good about helping me understand what he says. ❤️Also, I love the NP with the very unique name. I can't say it or spell it, but it starts with a Z & has 2 Ys in it. Super sweet woman!!"
"This office is in no rush to take care of their patients and do not care about appointment times. You will sit in the waiting room as countless people are called at random. The rooms are not set up for comfort at all so don't expect to have anything but a tiny bench to sit on, which is made even worse by the lack of urgency on the medical staff"
