"Doctor Clifford is incredible. I've been taking my children here for 9 years. Today I had to bring my 3 year old in to get caught up on shots. Even through my 3 year old, my 1 year old and myself crying they were SO patient and empathetic. I couldn't say more about how awesome the doctor was and the nursing staff. Doctor Clifford is our favorite and we absolutely love Doctor Ermer also! I would give them 10 stars if I could just based off today's visit, but every visit has been wonderful!"

"I have been using this office for roughly 10 years since my oldest was born. The last few we have had issues with rude staff and recently my children have not been able to get in for sick visits. Today I was told by staff to “go to a walk in”. No thank you, that’s why we have a pediatrician."

"I been taking my kids since they were born here, the doctors are good but sometimes they push the vaccine to them I really don't like that. But that doesn't compare on the rudeness that the staff treated me several times when I call and try to make an appointment for my kids, I was very patient but not anymore, they even hangout the call before I even finished talking."

"I have came here ever since I was little and my siblings also go here as well. My mother does not speak English very good and always needs a translator to help her. There was a man who always translated and was very nice and we appreciated him for the all the help he has given us. My mom called, needed a translator and there was a woman that was available. I was very surprised and saddened when she told me that the lady was being very rude to my mother when she had questions worrying about my little sister. It is very important to be patient when it comes to matters such as one’s health and to not hang up a call just because one is exhausted of translating even if it is. I hope the lady can still find more patience and compassion in this field of work."

"This office can be a great office if you have the right doc. If you choose this office I recommend Dr. Clifford my new born was having stomach issues due to formula intolerance. Dr. Clifford always takes her time explains things in depth. She ran extra test just to make sure everything was ruled out and every time we tried a new formula she would give us samples until we could make it to the store.sh3 would spend an hour with us if need be and if we need to feed him before we left she always made sure to let us know to take our time and keep the room as long as we needed. That being said I have had drs I didn't like who were rude and pushed us out and yes tried to push vacancies. One told my 3 year old who was scared that she wasn't listening and better listen to her or it's going to hurt. We were very upset that day and will never see her again i can't remember her name but it's an older lady"
