"We had to go back and get them to remake it….i got loaded fries they were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted and a family member of mine got chicken strips and they were really cold. They acted as they didn't want to be at work…but it isn’t our faults because they signed up for the job."
"If I could give zero starts I would. My salad was full of rotten,wilted, soggy lettuce and rotten tomatoes. I looked past that and picked out all the rotten bits in my salad and when I got almost finished eating it I found a hair. Absolutely disgusting."
"I honestly haven’t had Zaxby’s in awhile and I can’t say I was impressed. Ordered the wings and things and the chicken strips were tiny, asked for no bread but got it. The boneless buffalo wings were more like strips and some pieces were hard. The fries lacked seasoning. The service picking up the order was great, friendly. The restroom was clean."
"Minus 1 star because they had a major water leak by the restrooms and drink fountain. Wish they had made more effort to keep it dry by the drinks at least... Chicken Sandwich was too dark (old grease?) But my friend said it tasted great. Cheddar bites were good."
