"Every time I have to deal with Adam, I want to cancel my policy. He almost NEVER responds. The phone numbers do not work, voicemails are never responded to, emails go unanswered. And we are supposed to be his customers. God forbid, how will he treat his customers if something really bad happens and claim has to be filed."

"Progressive had been my company from probably 2006 to 2023 but when attempting to raise my rate on a vehicle I'd had for 2 years, nearly $1000, I cried major foul. Neither Progressive or the acting, local rep, seemed to have any empathy and attempted to stand behind a sort of corporate helplessness along with a flimsy justification over a small speeding ticket. Something was definitely "a'foul in Denmark," and I took to the mean streets of the late night internet in hopes that some insurance angel might smile upon me. And so they did through Adam Kelly! A wonderful woman saw my listing or submitted file and not only did they come through for me, they managed to help me keep my original rate, if not slightly lower! Meant the world for a small businessman like myself and so to them I cannot thank the Adam Kelly Agency enough!"

"Very disappointed! My rate changed (doubled) without any explanation of what was driving the change. I called and the agent/rep could not explain why it changed (I had not tickets or accidents)! Anyway I decided to cancel before they sent me my renewal email and contacted them. I was assured that my policy was cancelled. I had already purchased auto with a different company. A month later, I received a bill saying I owe (I didn't). I got on the phone yet again and was assured that everything was taken care of! They issued me a refund because I had overpaid. A few weeks ago I began receiving collection calls! WTH? They had submitted me to some collections agency who keeps harassing me about paying Allstate! I just got off the phone with them again! The "not so friendly" collection's guy is supposedly sending me a "dispute" form via email, which I am yet to receive...it's been an hour! You won't stop calling me to collect the so-called debt but you are taking days to send me an email? SMH! I have put only one star because this thing will not let me submit my review until I pick something!"
