"I am so thankful to the staff because my appointment went so smoothly. My appt was scheduled for 3:00 PM but I arrived a little early and luckily I did because the POS system was not working that day. I started to get discouraged because I had ALL the documents needed to process the Visa and I traveled 4 hours away. Blessing is a sweetheart; her and Susan worked to make sure I was able to pay my application fee by contacting the OIS in Houston. The biometric screening only took about 5 minutes, and I was out by 3:30 PM. This location is clean, efficient, and has wonderful staff!"
