"We had been experiencing some issues, and had some techs come out. Larry 20373 came out and was great. He was able to work on the steps and get things fixed. Overall great experience and pleased with the techs approach and the fact that he was willing to do whatever it takes to get service restored."

"i would give them a 0 stars if i could, i've called them twice for them to fix my internet, first 1, says they will call me the next morning, second time, they told me they will call me after they get there system rebooted, they never called me once, and this is 2 times in a row, they ignore my cry for help to fix my internet, and when they do send them, they send them a week after you call them, thats a week with no internet, even when a technician decides to make a lie saying that nothing wrong with my service when he wasn't even here, which i called back and they decided to have me wait another week, which is another week with no internet, the most frustrating part about having a terrible internet provider, is that the terrible internet provider is the only thing available in my area, other than a provider that is banned from the property by the housing manager due to tampering to get paid more. i pay $120 for internet alone, that im not even getting, i rather have no internet, than paying $120 for no internet, these people are just either don't care for there reputation just cuz they run the place, or they are just flat out lazy, i wish comcast or some other providers would come here, because this is getting ridiculous, they are just plain terrible, terrible internet connection, and terrible service, i wouldn't suggest going to this provider, unless you are desperate and its the only provider here, go ahead, but if you have other providers in your area, this 1, in my experience, is a no go"
