"This office goes above and beyond great customer service and excellence! From both doctors, multiple convenient locations, to the assistants, front desk and office staff, everything is top notch and they make you feel so welcome! They don’t sell you anything you don’t need, they take care of things preventively before problems arise, and are very clear and thorough to explain everything to you. We have had seven (yes, 7!!) family members use them so far and couldn’t be more pleased. We had insurance that helped us with another orthodontist, but we chose to go to Innovative and pay out of pocket instead- the service is THAT good! Highly recommend for regular braces, Invisalign, preventive check ups, referrals, etc."
