"We've had this insurance company for several years now for our '67 chevy and we just kept on paying and not questioning anything. Found better coverage for a great price so when I called them last week to cancel the lady said she would email me a form that we had to sign to confirm cancellation. Never received the form so I called the Infinity Insurance (the actual carrier) and they emailed me the form. When I called today to confirm the policy had been cancelled the person who answered the phone would have the same lady email or call me back and as of yet no response. Would not recommend this company at all!! Infinity (the carrier) was great, they responded very professionally."
