"The most horrible customer service experience I ever had with an insurance company's agent. Never answers emails, never answers the phone, and the office was not opened once during posted business hours pre-COVID 19. In the 4 years I've been a loyal customer, perfect driving record, and no claims, I've only received one email from this agent and he only responded because I needed a quote on another insurance product. While I search for another company, I have put in a request for a new agent. I'm a firm believer if someone is patronizing your business, you ought to make them your #1 priority. I honestly try to patronize black businesses but they make it hard with their inferior customer service and fake smiles."

"Don't get your insurance here! This agency belongs to Fonzie Drayton. He is dishonest and can't be trusted to do the right thing. Be careful of paying for insurance and having no coverage. When he tells you the company computer is messing up and he can't access the information he needs...don't trust him. I wish I had never gotten insurance with this guy. If this is how he handles his insurance business, handling his car business must be worse. Fonzie will lie when it comes to protecting his interest so don't think he has your best interest at heart at any time."

"I've had just about every insurance company in the time that I've been a homeowner (Allstate & Progressive) along with various quotes from other companies. Although my experience with those companies were great and they didn't give me any problems, I Ultimately had to switch from them because their rates were far too high! I ended up going with American Family Insurance and I'm so happy that I did! The rates were so much lower I was in disbelief. In fact, prior to switching over, I was convinced that they weren't providing comprable service. I asked them to send me all the details and I compared it Line by Line to my coverage with Allstate. Turns out, I was actually getting a better deal in coverage as well as price! I've been with AmFam now for 2 years and in that two years I've had a claim for a flood in my kitchen and they were fantastic, on time and didn't give me any problems with resolving and paying for my claim. I'm a very happy customer and I'm happy with this agent and the location. Everyone is always super sweet and helpful when I call in."
