"Since when do I have to pay to get an appointment, they never answer the phone and now it is through other people who answer and ask you to pay in order to obtain an appointment to get a passports or any other services? We need to someone let a Mr consul, this is fraud."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would!! The Colombian Goverment should be ashamed of the customer service in this office. If you manage to get an appointment somehow, it really doesn't matter, you stil have to wait a MINIMUM of 1-2hrs to be seen, sometimes more. There is always a list of the same excuses. The system here, the system in Colombia......sad how humans are treated and what they are put thru and no one does anything. I reccomend you block 4hrs to run an errand here. There is no snack machine/ water, nothing in this building, come prepared."

"if i could give a place 0 stars, i would. this place is absolutely horrible, i’ve been trying to make an appointment for two weeks. Making an appointment is a race with time and fate, thursdays at 3 is when appointment slots allegedly open. However, their “appointment link” never works, they never pick up the phone. and if by chance your appointment link did work; when all the information is filled out and you go to confirm it, “this appointment time has been taken.” at which point the website doesn’t work. i went in person to book an appointment, and they almost didn’t even let me into the consul (the security guard wanted me to stand in the hall.) They refused to give me an appointment when i showed up in person, and they just gave me a piece of paper with an email and phone number that never gets answered. When I told the security guard that i’ve exhausted all solutions (phone call, email, link) he dismissed me and told me that i’ll get an answer eventually. Find management, people, and a system that will work here, because the way it’s ran now, there is no regard for people’s time, needs, and urgency. Incredibly unprofessional"

"One star is being generous. The current Consul is an old lady who is INCREDIBLY rude, inpatient, and condescending to EVERYONE she comes in contact with. The other people who work there aren't much better. I saw one of the female bureaucrats slamming the door on a desperate lady's face last time I was there. You can never get an appointment online, and even if you do manage to get one, the time on it doesn't matter because THEY NEVER RUN ON TIME. The new appointment system they implemented during Covid needs to be removed, enough is enough... all it's good for is for creating a black market for these appointment slots."
