"Everything was very good at the hotel. Front desk, the people who assisted us, rooms were clean, linens too, comfortable and very quiet for good rest. Patricia and Olga were the best assistants from the hotel staff. I was truly pleased of my stay here. Very recommended"
"Nice hotel and pleasant staff. Proximity and transportation to airport is great! Experienced poor HVAC issues in our room and there were no fans available so sleeping was not very comfortable as the room would not cool down enough. The terminal E storefront is nice but closes entirely too early leaving no place to grab a late night snack or drink other than the restaurant. I also noticed that ABC which is a major network is not an available channel to watch which is weird."
"Had an early morning international flight last week so stayed at Marriott Gateway the night prior so we could slide into the airport without such an early commute. The service was great, the rooms were super clean and well-prepared, and the location simply can’t be beat. The adjoining training into the airport made our morning SO much easier."
"I stay here every couple of years due to a conference. Great location to the center. I have weird habits of cleaning and checking the rooms over for cleanliness before getting my clothes unpacked and using restrooms. The room was clean. There needed a good dusting and deep clean but the sheets and bathroom were clean. The service was either slow or non existent. We had to go down and physically get towels, washcloths multiple times. We were told they would come up right away but they never got there. I do hope they change their mind about the weekend service at concierge level. The coffee and food is a bonus there. Keep in mind the breakfast is not served and the doors are locked on Saturday and Sunday. We will stay here again. It seems to be the best bet for comfort, Starbucks, food and conference center."
