"Travelers auto insurance is the worst insurance ever, my claim was for comprehensive and they made it collision and my insurance went up $100 a month mind you my claim wasn’t for a lot of money their agents are incompetent young and inexperienced they sent me a check for $638 and want to recoup every penny in 7 months."

"I do not recommend !! Someone hit my vehicle on August 17 and they were insure through travelers. It’s now September 19 and I am still dealing with this claim. My claims representative was highly unprofessional and barely answered my calls; Come to find out she wasn’t even in the office. Then someone else called me and he was even worse. He did not answer anything, voicemails, calls or text. I had to learn that my car was total through another random representative I called. I also had to wait two 1/2 weeks before getting any inspections or estimates. Then the worse part is my car was declared a total loss Monday and I didn’t find out until Thursday when I called and spoke with a random representative because the claims representative wasn’t answering for days. No one reached out to me to inform me I was going to be with out a vehicle. Then they don’t cover rental, I am only going to be allotted 7 days in a rental after they total my vehicle and pick it up. So after all this, barely any assistance without having to get upset. Awful communication between parties and just outright no disregard for the customer. Do not get travelers insurance, ultimately you just lose."

"One month later and i still haven't been paid for my vehicle that was totalled, and now im being told im responsible for storage bc i won't release it until im paid. Plus my offer (that i just got last week) is way below book value. I'll be looking for another insurance company as soon as this is over!"
