"The staff is VERY unprofessional and disorganized. When I arrived, there was no parking. He is only in Columbus on Wednesdays and is jam packed. When I arrived, the person at the counter said for me to wait in my car and they will call when they're ready for me. They call, I come inside, he tells me to have a seat and he will be right with me. I ended up waiting inside for more than 30 minutes!!! I still had not been seen or told anything regarding what the hold up was. I was appalled at the number of patients walking around the office. What was the point of sending me to wait in my car??? When I went to the counter to tell them I could no longer wait and needed to reschedule, the guy was glib. He said "ok" and handed me my insurance card."

"First of all, I want to say how wonderful Dr Clower is! He is awesome! The downside to this practice in Columbus Ga, is the front desk, confused man! He has the mentality of a McDonalds worker! Truthfully, McDonalds employees have better customer service skills than he does! I can not figure out how on earth a person like him ever got a job in the medical field. I rarely encounter a person so rude and disrespectful in any medical work place. He leaves charts of patients open all over the front desk while he talks to other parents (Hippa violation). Discusses money owed with children. Wears female clothes that doesn’t fit! Showing his gut and tail crack. Dr Clower definitely deserves a much better office manager/front desk person!"

"Doctor Clower is good but he needs a whole new staff. With that that said a business is only as good as it's employees. The lady usually at the front can be nice or rude depending on the day/hour. The insurance person doesn't know how to properly do their job so make sure you check with your insurance company to make sure they didn't try to CHEAT you! Also, the staff that puts on your brackets doesn't do them correctly frequently so they do fall off until they finally do them correctly. And expect to be at each visit for at least TWO hours for EVERY SINGLE visit because they schedule a lot of people for the same time period."

"I had been a patient of Dr Clower for almost 2 years. He is extremely nice person will take the time to talk to you and explain if you have any questions about your treatment. All the staff are very nice to you and makes you feel welcome"
