"Be very careful with this store! Integrity and honesty is lacking! Polaris sent replacement parts for my robotic vacuum. When I went in for the repair, the Store Manager, Brannen told me parts never came in, “what are you talking about” was his only comment. I was blown away with his display of selective amnesia, considering Polaris confirmed delivery. I spoke with a GM named Josh , who was extremely unprofessional and refused to hear my concerns. After several conversations with a woman named Ruth, she was not able to assist. After 2 months of going back and forth, still no resolution;However, I won't go away. Many see the store manager as nice and friendly, but I feel his lack of problem solving is a challenge. I would be very careful or better yet not shop there, for management picks and chooses who’s treated with respect! Worst experience ever, will never shop there again. DON’T GO TO THE SNELLVILLE LOCATION, UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE LIED TO, DISREPECTED AND STOLEN FROM!"
