"The staff Matrice Geter has a very stinky attitude. I called to schedule an appointment and she sounding very rude and frustrated also yelling at me. I had to correct her and told her she doesn't have to shout at me, I just need to schedule and appointment. She put me on a hold mid way for over 7 minutes and she has to take another call, I didn't complain. When she got back to the call, she started again with her nasty attitude and while I was talking she started cutting me off saying saying bye repeatedly. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment in this clinic and had to schedule somewhere else. It's so sad because this is someone's business and she just made this clinic loose patient (which is money), this is how a terrible staff leads to business loss. I hope the management can be listening to calls or recording it to see what people like this are doing in their business while getting paid. A clinic or any business without a good customer/ patient service is TRASH, I really couldn't believe someone paid in such a clinic could be this disrespectful and comfortably disrespectful to someone you don't know over the phone. Such attitude can't lead anyone anywhere in life, I just feel so bad for the clinic paying her and other customers who might experience this. Matrice Geter needs to go back to training again on how to talk and respond to customers because her speech skills and customer service is F. Such a shame!!!"

"Dr.McLendon has been my family dentist for 10+ years, while waiting times can be long from time to time, he is a very good Dentist and funny and most of all makes my husband, who hadn't been to a dentist since childhood feel comfortable with getting treatment again...and most of all my kids love him too, because they switched from there kid dentist years ago that they hated, and now feel more comfortable than ever. Thanks Doc."

Normally I still feel pain after being numbed, but I did not feel a thing and Dr. McLendon taught me that caffeine can affect the numbing process- who knew? I was so scared before I received treatment, but I can tell you now I would trust this dentist with the dental care of myself and my children if I lived here. A++ service."
