"My experience with the office team has been disappointing. After multiple attempts on my end I had to reach out to my insurance to get the proper information to my insurance to process my claim for a routine visit. This last visit resulted in a claim denial simply because again they could not provide the proper information in a timely manner which was simply a date. This staff is either unprofessional or needs more training in their field of work."

Everybody was super friendly and helpful from the front receptionist, doctor, hygienist, and the office manager, but especially the dental assistant Logan who helped me. She was fantastic with doing my x-rays and being very informative with everything that was happening. I would highly recommend this office."

It started a little rugged because I was late for my appointment but they turned out to be a cancellation and I was able to get in and I tell you it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dental office and a long time. The staff was excellent extremely knowledgeable as well as Pleasant. I was extremely comfortable and made to feel like it’s gonna be OK. I was a little embarrassed about my mouth, but was made to feel very comfortable and not to worry everyone was great. Elaine was gentle and informative. I don't remember lady's name that helped me with my treatment plan but she was also very nice e and knowledgeable. "I needed a clearance letter from my dentist to start a low bone density treatment. I didn't get it yet. They made mistake in taking 25 x-rays in my mouth and they needed to take them all over again. I spent 2 hours and still they didn't send a clearance letter to my oncologists to start my treatment. It is disappointing. They are making up excuses that I need deep cleaning and cavity filling. I don't have any of those problems. My last cleaning with the previous dentist gave me good report about my teeth. I needed to go to Aspen dental group because we moved closer to them.
