"Pretty disappointed in the food. Tried this place 2 days in a row getting a burger, fry and a chili and each and every time the fries were old and cold. They didn’t even try. Burgers were missing patties. Service was OK, I mean it was fast. Wish somebody would address the food though. I spent $40 here in two days and got cold food both times. If the customer is paying for this type of quality why would I ever return?"

"I just moved near this location and it is by far the worst. Every time I come here my food is cold or stale. My drive home is 5 minutes. I put on my seat warmers and blow hot air on the bag and nothing helps. Honestly I understand if there is a one off with the food but every time? It shouldn’t be this hard. And not to mention the person at the window handed me my food and just stared at me. I just needed my drinks."

"Horrible nasty food ...yucky fries over cooked in old grease..and a slop for a sandwich..and the employees think they should get paid more? Certainly not because they value their job."

"Very unacceptable behavior from the young girl “making” the burgers. Not only did she get majority of our order wrong but took her sweet time re doing them and I saw her wipe her head with her glove on. And was complaining and making comments the entire time she was making them. I spoke to the manager at the store and she told the girl to apologize to me and she was smirking at me and gave the worst possible apology. I will absolutely be reporting them to the health department and customer service as soon as they open Monday morning!"

"The food was awful. Cant believe I paid that much for such awful food. The GM should be embaressed. This pumpkin spice coffee drink is incredibly orange and tastes like it was contaminated with roundup."
