"What are my friends worked here and he worked there for almost an entire he gave great customer service. Anytime I went over there I saw him a lot of customer always allowed and everything. Last time I was up there he was gone and I was told from another manager how he was being foresee to quit or get fired and he quit. I believe that's not a cool thing to do if your owner of a restaurant who already does illegal activities by giving employees. Only 20 minutes breaks if they work almost 6 7 hours and delete the camera footage from sad manager"

"My Grandma loves it. She says the food is good. Depending on who is working is how the service and atmosphere are. Lately it's been nice to go into Subway. I think they finally wised up to the couple of guys that were making the entire Subway look bad. There were times you would go in there and you couldn't even hear yourself talk, the music was so loud and heavy metal at that. I only give them a four star because of the guys that are making Subway look bad. I eat at Bamboo Gardens, and I love it."

"The atmosphere line item is unnecessary...it's Subway! It's clean - I've never seen it in disarray. The middle-aged short woman cracks me up! Why is she angry at the "lunchtime" crowd? Ha. I'm certain the franchise owner or corporate is indeed happy. The newer gentleman making sandwiches! Grab your patience at the door and hold on tight. I'm glad he has a position that he enjoys...just be prepared to wait. NOTE: Publix is worse! The new crew (Nov 2023) they have WILL NOT move fast. I don't even think they know how to. Overall decent location, just a few funny moments. Be patient, you'll get your sandwich."

"I checked it says they open at 8:00 I am out front I see the girl inside but it is now 8:45 and she still hasn’t opened up. This is not the first time. I come here in the mornings and it depends on who is working if they will be open. If it’s the older lady with the long black hair working I know it will be open and I will get good customer service. But I see it’s the lady so I have no idea when she will decide to open the door and I know I will be served with an attitude like I’m disturbing her like she always…"

"We ordered rotisserie chicken, roast beef, meatball, and Italian subs. They basically gave us vegetables sandwiches w a hint of meat. They are getting worse...smh."
