"For my 30th birthday, I decided to give myself the gift of orthodontia, and am glad I chose Duo Orthodontics when I did. One of my major worries going into it was the cost: I didn't get braces when I was a kid because of how much it would cost upfront, unless my mom wanted to take out a personal loan. So I was fully prepared to sacrifice my savings to finally get it for myself. But Duo has painless monthly payment plans that let me pay for the cost over the course of my treatment, which was a huge weight off my shoulders and much easier to accommodate in my monthly budgeting. The staff are fantastic: friendly, upbeat, and professional. They're also efficient and knowledgeable, so my appointments were typically very quick -- usually in and out in under half an hour for my 4-8 week check-ins/adjustments. They also usually put some classic Disney Original Channel movies on, and were willing to humor my Millennial brain going "oh my god, I remember this" for the n-dozenth time. (Today was Halloweentown, from 1998. Still iconic.) I'm officially in my retainer/maintenance phase now, using the nice removable plastic retainer set nightly. They've also got a very affordable 6-year retainer insurance plan with 2 fresh pairs a year (again, with a monthly payment option if you can't cover the full cost upfront!). They also give you a physical copy of the retainer mold so that you can get a new retainer made anywhere, if needed. Overall, I'm very pleased: I can now floss with ease, have no more annoying gap in my bite, and even though I ultimately decided to pull teeth and consolidate rather than fill the gaps with some fakes (easier maintenance to do the former!), they took a ton of care to make sure my smile still looks completely natural. I've got a side tooth reshaped to be a canine and no one is the wiser, except for my dentist. I appreciate the whole team, and can't recommend this place enough!"
