"It doesn't deserve 1 star. Please never go here. They charged me for an x-ray and only did one tooth. When I asked why they told me they don't have the machine to do a full x-ray...while I'm sitting in the room with the machine. She then asked me what I want to do. WHAT? I came here for you to tell me what I need done! She said "you have lots of options, what do you want to do?" OK can you tell me the options?? I asked if I could look at my x-ray. She couldn't point out the problem tooth from looking at the xray so had to look in my mouth and then go back to the xray to point it out. Mind you, the hole is pretty big. She then says she has to look again and starts digging the cavity trying to make the hole bigger so I have to get some work done even though I'm telling her it doesn't cause me a lot of pain. Then she starts asking me if my crown hurts because it has the same nerve as the problem tooth. Really? (Google tooth nerve anatomy and you will see they dont even touch!) I realize these are gloves she had on already so I close my mouth. When I ask why she was digging in the hole she tells me she can't see it. What? So I tell her I can see it in my bathroom mirror. You have a position advantage and an xray how can't you see it? She said she needs to make sure what I see and what she sees is the same. What? She says she has to dig it because there might be 2 holes that she can't see. WHAT WAS THE XRAY FOR?? Most unprofessional, unhygienic dental experience in my life. I wanted to ask for my money back but I had already stormed out and if I went back I would have started on a rant again. DON'T GO HERE PLEASE I BEG!!!"
