"Dr Ryan Kennedy and his senior father are very nice people and Meagan the dental hygienist and front ofc staff r too. To preface this, I go to get my teeth cleaned 2 times a year and have done so all my life. I recently moved away from this practice, and have found some highly rated dentists I am going to now. Office is soothing, gorgeous with fireplace, modern comfy chairs, bright colors, tv in each patient room and lobby. Equipment is state of the art, personnel very professional. On my first visit, found that recently filled cavity (within last 7 months) by RKennedy had bacteria still under new filling and had to have it completely redone.In addition, new xrays showed cavity’s in both teeth under my bridge, almost to my root. Never did The Kennedy practice identify these issues via xrays or exam. 2-3 years ago, Senior Kennedy filled 3 fillings that were recommended as they were the old silver ones, big mistake! ( Note, if u have old silver fillings and nothing is wrong with them, leave them alone, they r fine, will not hurt you.). One needed old filling removed but also needed to fix small gap in between it and another tooth that was catching food. Afterwards, the gap fixed failed miserably and while trying to fix it, Senior knicked my crown. Another tooth I ended up having extracted as it cracked after new filling and last tooth, thank goodness, was successful. Never did the practice take responsibility for the knicked crown, just advised me during exam I needed a new one. That is when I got a second opinion of how the knick appeared, they advised it was from a dental tool. Again, they r nice folks but I need nice AND a highly professional, state of the art practice working with the latest tools and machines to insure a complete and accurate exam. The Senior Kennedy, in my opinion, maybe could be a greeter and run staff issues, but for the patients a new partner is needed. Also updating the office, new furniture, some modern paint colors, new carpet, colorful cheerful paintings, soothing music or tv in patient rooms would be great. And maybe go thru the books, magazine and toys that have been there forever. The office is out of the 80’s and shows. At least the dead animals are gone! A lot of folks luv the practice, I did for years. It was convenient and as I mentioned, nice folks. But remember what I said, I had a lot of missed calls, things that happened during or after procedures.you make up your own mind."
